I visited the general surgical outpatients department in July. I was referred due to gallstones and obviously was a little nervous. Every staff member was polite, friendly and the organisation and COVID safety measures were outstanding. I was seen on time and the doctor was extremely friendly, polite, and explained everything exceptionally well. No one wants to hear they have to have surgery but I left feeling happy and in safe hands.
You all are doing amazing work, and I tip my proverbial hat to you. I found no fault in the hospital and am looking forward to my next visit when I have my surgery and know I will be in safe and caring hands.
"Amazing, well organised and friendly"
