I ended up with a stay of 8 days, rather than 2/3.

2 surgeries rather than one...and a few other bits and pieces too.

Staff at ward 230, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary were just simply amazing, everyone I met was kind, caring and knowledgeable. I believe I received some of the best neurosurgical care available, worldwide and during a pandemic. 

Thankyou to the domestic staff, the nurses (particularly good), medics and the surgeon (excellent) and the support staff. All good honest everyday people, doing extraordinary jobs.
