"Caring and professional and friendly"

I tripped up over a hose tidy at my allotment (I blame my husband for putting it in the way), this Sunday morning. I cut my shin and it swelled spectacular fashion I went to a and e and was pushed round to x-ray etc. All the staff were informative, efficient, and chatty and friendly, as well.
