(as a service user),

My 9 year old injured his foot. Called NHS 24 and was referred to A&E at Victoria Hospital.

Thank you to all, Holly and Angela - NHS 24, so professional, polite and helpful throughout our call.

Thank you to the Nurse Practitioner in A&E, sorry my husband didn’t catch your name, your kindness helped ease the anxieties of a very nervous boy.

A first class experience from start to finish.

Thank you for taking the time to give us lovely feedback about your recent experience at A&E. We really do value and appreciate your feedback. It is good to hear that we were able to support your son, as we understand trips to A&E can be very daunting, especially for wee ones. I do hope your son is recovery well and that he is enjoying the sunshine!

Sorry to learn of your son's injury which was no doubt a worrying time for you all. I hope he is well on the mend and is able to fully enjoy the lovely weather.

How kind of you to take the time to thank the staff who cared for your son. Here at NHS 24 such feedback is fantastic for our staff to see. It's great that you also captured the staff names which makes your feedback feel really personal.

We issue a Feedback Friday Newsletter to our staff and I will ensure your story is in this week's edition - we are always looking for good feedback to share to reinforce what a fantastic job our staff do. So, thank you.
