(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My visit to the emergency department hasn't been too bad, I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful. I am kept very well informed and updated. Everyone puts you at ease which is great as I was very frightened.   I haven't been offered any food or water. Also the seats in the waiting area are very hard and uncomfortable.
