"Visit to a heart specialist"

Had to have a heart echo and ecg, arrived at the proper time, was not kept waiting AT ALL, went into the cubicle, because it required me to remove all my top half clothes, the echo technician (John) was very considerate, helpful and friendly.  He made sure that my dignity was preserved at all times.   Then the ecg was provided by Dan, who was equally caring and considerate.  At all times these two young men made me feel completely at ease with the procedures, they were professionals who deserve the utmost praise.

Then I went into the clinic, the  specialist I saw was a nurse specialist, Angie, and not only was she knowledgeable and friendly and helpful, whilst being totally professional, but she explained things very carefully, and in a way I could totally understand.

In conclusion, my visit could not have been better, and all the professionals I saw were of a very high standard.
