"The Audiology Scretary"

Phillip the audiology secretary at Treliske has been a help far beyond similar services I have experienced at other practises . On one occasion he remembered having heard about my situation when I called previously and was able to sort out an appointment efficiently after I had been having trouble with being a bit lost in the referral system. On another occasion he was able to tell me exactly what had happened with my query, manage my expectations as to how long a reply may take and reassure me that it was being dealt with, whilst providing some useful additional information too. 

It's nice to know there's someone who remembers things and takes the time to give a decent explanation.

Thank you for your extremely kind words about Phillip. He is an excellent secretary and as you say has an eye for detail. I have always found him to be helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
