"Referral to JAMA"

I was referred to JAMA, assessment ward at St James’s, for chest pain, by my doctor. They accepted my referral and booked me in within the hour. The staff there were friendly, reassuring, and helpful from my arrival. Every single person who dealt with me was smiling (mask wearing but could see it in their eyes), kind, gentle, and hilariously funny which made me feel relaxed. I was there for 4 hours and had so many tests results back just in that short space of time, so thank you to the labs and X-ray department too. Thankfully nothing worrying was found. A heartfelt thanks to all who dealt with me.
