"Unable to contact by phone"

About: Leigh Infirmary / Maternity care

(as a service user),

3 hours of trying to get through to the early pregnancy unit. phone either rings and rings and no one answers or goes straight to line busy. No voicemail service no options to get a call back. Over 60 attempts to get through and nothing. GP cant refer you either so you have to ring this number to get through and no other ward seems to be able to transfer you or get a message. This service is shocking!
