I’d suffered a relapse & severe rupture in family relations which rendered me homeless and feeling overwhelmed and helpless. My future was daunting and a massive challenge. Visceral and edgy. I was moving on from Millvrook Hospital into uncertain territory.
The moment I arrived at Beacon Lodge it was as though the winds of change were highlighting a positive move forward. I loved the vibe from the start. At the time of writing I’m sitting in the bright sunny garden thinking of the bright sunny staff. Always attentive always friendly and unlike the weather people you can rely on!
I had time to settle in and we moved and Temi who deals with housing administered just the right support and choices, making sure all the while that I could steer and take charge of development and be the change I wanted to see.
I moved into my new property today and couldn’t be happier. I’m fortunate as it’s right where I want to be and a flat that is perfect for my needs. The transition was pretty straightforward but all bumps were addressed with the right spirit and positive action.
So I just want to say thank you- give a big shout out for The Beacon Lodge Massive ;-) all you guys all the way through…you’re the top crew!
Big up the lot of you :-)
