"Ambulance crew"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a service user),

After having ongoing chest pain I was being transferred to hospital Via Ambulance -the crew came to my home were polite and considerate. They gained consent and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I didn’t feel I warranted an ambulance transfer however they made me realise that what I was experiencing wasn’t normal and the safest way was for them to transport.

On the journey in treatment was no different they were person centered and reassuring. These guys do a lot and i really appreciate them. So Thank you Dale (Paramedic), Tony (Ambulance technician) and Wendy (RGU paramedic student) you were amazing.
