I can honestly say I was nervous, apprehensive attending the dental practice with my daughter.
As a parent of an Autistic Young Adult whom has a massive fear of Dentists,Germs, and experiences complete sensory overload in these kind of environments, My daughter also has many other health conditions, Life threatening Allergies,
This was a massive event for my daughter, I was very anxious that she would not be able to go through with the appointment although I new it was critical as she had a massive cavity in a back tooth and also required having her wisdom tooth removed.
On arriving at the clinic the place was extremely clean, the reception staff were wonderful and could see that My daughter was very nervous.
The Dental Technician was unbelievable with My daughter, The situation as a whole was Stress free, Calm, The Dental Technician explained everything in detail, She was Calm softly spoken, This amazing lady had never met My daughter before and was able to give my daughter a few Jags, removed a wisdom tooth, without any tears or drama, My daughter left feeling great and couldn’t wait to go back and have a small filling. This experience was brilliant for my daughter and her fear of dentists has completely gone.
Thank you so much to all the dental Staff, receptionists, Dental Technician Geraldine you don't just do an amazing job,
But you do amazingly well,
Thank you on behalf of Myself and My daughter x
