I felt very anxious about the callback letter naturally. At the appointment was given an x-ray of my breast with suspected cyst this was done by a delightful person with a great manner for their job.
Next I was called in by the imaging technician whom to my disbelief was very abrupt and rude. They asked questions and gave opinions in what I felt was a very controversial manner, irrelevant to the appointment issue. I find with wearing a mask and nerves my hearing gets impaired and on this matter I believe I am not alone. Then I am sitting on the bed with no top on and they shouted to me that I should get my hearing checked.
I did explain to them of the mask and nerves about outcome of appointment, they apologised several times, and asked if I would prefer some other person to scan, at this point I just wanted out of there. The next thing the nurse or doctor comes to do the cyst aspiration speaking at me in a very loud voice, I think that they were clearly told I was deaf, which I am not as I have had my hearing checked at the end of the appointment.
The person apologised again I just broke down left the office in tears. I do appreciate this service provided but will be apprehensive about going again.
