I admitted myself to A&E at the Homerton in significant abdominal pain. Within minutes I was seen by a doctor and at all stages - from reception to porters to all medical staff - I was treated with kindness, attention, skill and fantastic professionalism. I left within 3 hours, the doctors establishing that I had been experiencing the pain of a kidney stone moving down my body from my kidney to my bladder. I am always hugely impressed by my wonderful local hospital (both my kids were born there) but this time they were especially great. They really helped me out when I needed it. Thank you.
