About: Frimley Park Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

I believe FPH is a very good hospital. However, I have been trying to contact Cardiology over the last few days to get a test result. The telephones ring but are not answered. At least twice messages sent me in a loop back to my starting point. The main switchboard number also rings but is not answered. I managed to get the consultant's secretary's number, rang it and was answered immediately. So the system can work. I suggest more lines and more peole to answer them as a solution.
