I would just like to say that I had an appointment with the consultant neurologist today, I have been a patient with the NHS in Hertfordshire for over 30 years and this is the first time I have met a doctor that make you feel you are worthy of their time. She made me feel she really cared about me. Friendly, courteous, and professional and tells you what your problems are in a language that you understand. Thank God the NHS has people like this, if it was in my power to have her knighted I would.

Don't know about the knighthood, but your appreciation is probably just what our staff want. We'll do our best to make sure your feedback finds it way back to the right people - but in the meantime, we wish you well for the future and thank you for taking the time to let us know about what happened during your appointment at the QEII earlier this week.
