"Made us feel we were wasting the doctor's time"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Neurology

(as a service user),

I know that no doctor can understand everything, but why did this one have to make us feel so as if we were merely wasting their (the doctor's) time....  They kept looking at their watch & we were sure they just wanted  us out of the room as quickly as possible - we felt quite glad to leave, as it happens.

Unfortunately I've had very bad experiences with PALS in the past so it is too traumatising a thought to go through this process ever again, especially as I'm now struggling with long covid (partly because I got sent home from A&E 3 times without getting the treatment I should have done) it was NHS paramedics who took me there, but as I have complex health conditions the doctors would not get involved - it sounds a tall story but it is 3000000% true). So, thank you for your offer but I'm not able to take it up.
