Anything else?
i have regulare prescriptions at 6 monthly intervals issued by the hospital, the hospital pharmacy has been taken over by Lloyds chemist and now, instead of my prescription being ready for me, they have to order it in. this means making another for me to pick it up, i am in my late 70s and disabled so, not only have i got health and weather conditions to contend, i also have the problem of parking. i have a local Lloyds pharmacy which is much easier for me to access and i have asked if the prescription can be sent to there for me to pick up, they refused stating its due to being a hospital prescription, well of course it is, they being a hospital pharmacy! as it is the same company i dont see why this cannot be done, i think it would be easier for all concerned and for other patients too.
