I woke up at 5am with a swollwen tounge. I rang the nhs line at 6am as my tounge was getting bigger and bigger the ambluance was at my girlfriends house in 13mins & took us to Wexham pk hospital a&e and within 4 mins of being in the hospital I was seen by a nice female nurse who was super polite and who kept calling us darlings

( she was nice too lol )

within 1 mins of speaking to" Nurse Darling" I was seen by a male doctor

( by now my tounge was huge )

even though he was about to go off shift he took the the time to examine me and look at my bag of prescription meds in 1 min he knew what the problem was it turned out I had a bad reaction to my blood pressure tablets" Rampril"

he then stayed and oversaw the the drugs I needed to get better,I was looked after by 2 nurses who were excellent and then seen by about 5 different doctors and a consulant who wanted to check the size of my tounge and just seemed concerned about my welll being and I was then put on a & e side ward for the day so they could keep an eye on my progress.then I was seen by another consulant who was really cool and said I could go home at 2pm once he had written a letter for my G.P. .

Respect to the ambulance crew for putting me at ease and for the interesting conversation on the way to the hospital.

Big shout to" Nurse Darling" for making me feel really welcome and to the 2 nurses who looked after me and done the blood works.

big thanks to the food waiter who made me feel like I was at the Dorchester Hotel again.

shout out to the doctors and the consulants,your top boys on the firm.
