(as a service user),

Had a great patient experience after a recent unsatisfactory visit elsewhere.

• Staff members introduced themselves.
• I was communicated with clearly with throughout and kept updated of what was happening and when.
• My wound was properly treated (wound care was excellent; cut was steri-stripped and a proper bandage applied and detailed questions were asked).
• Good aftercare advice was given.
• The nurse practitioner, Kathy, was excellent.

Overall, a good patient experience which I am grateful for 👍.
