"Noise"

I was admitted to SAU this evening, it’s now 2am and the staff are laughing and giggling at the nurses station. I have asked them to be a little quieter but it only lasted 5 minutes. Please please can you consider your patients who need sleep. X

I am so sorry to hear about this. Thank you for raising your concerns about the level of noise whilst you were trying to sleep on the ward. I have shared your comments with the nursing team. I have also put a post on our private Facebook page and will discuss this matter at our team review to reiterate the importance of low noise levels at night while patients are trying to sleep.
