(as a carer),

Absolutely abysmal care. Lady I'm the full time carer for had an assessment after I, the full time carer, contacted them expressing my major concerns regarding a medication review in November 2020. Had an assessment with a psychiatric nurse & explained the major problems the lady was experiencing & requested a medication review asap. Assessment letter arrived stating 'possible medication review needed'. Never happened.

Again requested after major incident. New medication prescribed after an expected video appointment which turned out to be a phone call as they had problems with video link. New medication prescribed & told there would be an appointment arranged with resident psychiatrist.

No appointment received.

Contacted Trevillis House 3 weeks & 2 days ago as lady I'm caring for still suffering extremely negative mental health issues after new medication prescribed over a month previous. Advised a message would be passed to relevant Doctor & would be in touch but no contact at all. Lady is in serious crisis. Over 3 weeks & still no contact. Absolutely abysmal lack of care or concerns for patients.

We are very sorry to read your feedback in relation to Trevillis and you feel the service has let you down. This is not what we would expect.
