"Friendly but echoey vaccination clinic"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

I came straight down. Didn't have to wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a positive experience. They told me about confidentiality and about allergies and any worries.

The only real problem is how echoey it is and I can't hear everything.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us following your visit to our vaccination clinic. I am glad that the queue was minimal and that you found all of the team friendly, helpful and informative.

I am sorry to hear that you found the clinic quite noisy, the wood floors do make it echo. I will pass on your comments to the team.
