I've been to the Covid Vaccination Clinic and I have to say its all very well organised, all very good.
My only complaint would have to be that we were told it was at the Craigavon Leisure Centre, but it actually took place at the New South Lake Leisure Centre. So we duly turned up at the old centre we were used to, and there was nobody there. We arrived in the bad weather and there was no one to tell us what was going on.
I think the issue is how new the centre is - it is brand new, completely unused as a leisure centre yet, so there wasn't any signage pointing us there. The library beside the old centre was actually giving out maps to explain where to go because they were being inundated with people confused like me. I wanted to leave feedback to make sure the people who organise this are aware of this issue.
When I arrived at the correct centre, the whole experience was good. It was extremely well run and well sanitised, I felt very safe in that environment. The actual care was very good.
