I have had five visits to the practice over several months despite COVID-19, and been kept up-to-date with emails, text messages and telephone consultations. Doctors, nurses and ancillary staff have all been timely, professional, kind and efficient and made onward referrals appropriately . I have felt safe and cared -for throughout.
