"My sons injury"

We arrived at the children’s a and e in the evening my son had an injury and it needed to be xrayed my son has special needs and was extremely anxious and worried, we was seen so fast within 30 minutes we had been triaged and xrayed. My son kept saying how nice everybody was ( this is extremely rare for him to comment on this) the staff offered him a drink checked on his well-being whilst waiting had a little joke with him to keep him at ease. With everything going on in this pandemic all the a and e staff in the children’s department I cannot fault they are a huge credit to darenth valley: )
