(as a service user),

I was rather poorly several months ago and required treatment at the hospital, my experience at the hospital was certainly not the best, feeling neglected and as though I wasn't being listened to, however, the paramedics who dealt with my situation were the loveliest people and made me feel reassured that I was going to be okay. They were kind and friendly and even made me laugh when I was in a lot of pain. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and their dedication in providing exceptional care.
