"AAU- excellent caring service"

Although I spent the best part of a day in the Acute Assessment Unit, it was an extremely positive experience. Thanks to the excellent organisation, the professionalism and caring attitude of all the staff, I always felt comfortable and well cared for.

I had lots of tests for a suspected blood clot but by the end of the day, I was given the all clear and returned home, extremely grateful to all the wonderful staff. Administrative and medical staff members were all brilliant, calm and clear in their instruction, explanation and procedure. I cannot imagine being looked after any better anywhere. Thank you.
