Amazing service which enabled me to receive the IV treatment I needed as an out patient, there by avoiding a two week hospital admission. I was able to keep working and be home for my two young children, which I am so grateful for.
The staff were welcoming, warm and so professional.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to develop the capacity of the service to expand and include other hospitals as this is a model of service delivery which benefits not just patients but the NHS itself.
