"Positive experience during pandemic"

About: Fairfield General Hospital

Considering the current coronavirus crisis, I was not expecting to have such a positive experience, where I was able to go to A&E and be home an hour later. I want to thank the nurse at A&E, the receptionist and nurse at the urgent treatment centre, and the receptionist and radiographers in the xray department who were working on 09.01.21. You were all very professional and reassuring, and ensured that my 2 year old was seen as quickly and calmly as possible. You are a credit to the NHS.
