"Kindness is what counts"

About: Community/District Nursing Service / Community Nursing - East Ayrshire

(as a service user),

I just want to say a huge thank you to Rachel and the service for all they have done so quickly to help me with some very personal medical needs. I’ve been paying myself for everything for a year and they stepped in and sorted everything within days. I received all the items today and genuinely could have wept with the relief of seeing the boxes of equipment.

This service shines as a beacon for those of us stuck at home and needing constant support. The kindness is what counts more than anything and them sorting everything out so quickly has really helped alleviate our concerns - thank you.

Dear indigogz88

Thank you so much for providing such positive feedback. I am so glad the team has been able to assist you in securing the support you require. I appreciate how isolating it can be at home without access to the correct support so im happy your experience has been positive.

I am sure Rachel in particular will be happy to hear she has ahd a positive impact.

Best Wishes

Laura
