The overall experience of the service during pandemic was good. The advice given was good. The instructions given in the telephone appointment were easy to understand with an interpreter. I had a home visit during pandemic and was very impressed how careful staff were. I wouldn’t change anything, they do a wonderful job. The changes to the service made in this time have met my needs.
