"Not bad parenting"

I don’t know how to describe my experience during pandemic as in that time children were not in the care for the whole time. The telephone appointments were very good and the worker gets everything done. We have not seen eye to eye on everything but I’ve got respect for her. Instructions were easy to understand and the worker was good at explaining. The home visit was good. The worker explained a lot about behavioural problems and that sometimes it’s a situation not bad parenting.
