"Ward B50 NHS Feedback challenge meeting 27th November 2012"

As part of the NHS Patient Challenge, the feedback team agreed to increase monthly Patient Opinion postings so we did one on the spot about the move from Ward B 50 to Cherry Ward at Highbury Hospital on Dec 10th.

The ward team have also started to use iPads with older people for our Trust patient survey. Volunteers are helping patients to use our in house electronic survey form and begun attending patient meetings to work directly with patients and families to gather feedback.

At the next meeting we are going to look at experience based design for the next meeting December 10th 2012. This approach looks at co-designed services and the feedback challenge seems to be providing the motivation to get moving.
