(as a service user),

I would like to extend my thanks to the immunisation team who are out in schools delivering the nasal flu vaccination; despite the challenges COVID is throwing at us. My child is at special school and members of the team, in particular Beverley, have provided a fantastic service making what can often be a pretty traumatic experience for my child a stress free one. Great communication, care and going above and beyond to deliver a sensitive, top notch service. Thanks Bev and team.

My role at Locala is to listen to service users and understand how it feels to use our services. I report back to services and managers. I support to make change where needed. I really enjoy my job. Making a difference is important to me!
