"Bad receptionist"

About: Peel Hall Medical Centre

(as a relative),

 I feel the reception staff are rude,  have no people skills, bad telephone manners, and this has led to a dysfunctional service, reception staff think they are the GP`s - they pick and choose who they are nice too,

I had to change GP surgery due to feeling unwelcome and always becoming frustrated when having to contact the surgery.

My father who is still a patient has a number of health issues and is waiting to have a lung removed -  no compassion from the staff and keeping him waiting for his medication on a regular basis, he has a pacemaker fitted and in recovery from throat cancer,COPD and diabetes .

In my opinion the reception staff have a training need or they are just employing anyone - I would not recommend Peel Hall surgery
