"The organisation was superb"

I went for a Covid test at Dreamland, Margate. I booked online and was offered a range of appointments starting within a half hour of my call. I booked an appointment and the organisation was superb. I had an assisted test with a nurse called Paula. I think she was training and I may have been her first patient. Because of this, I had a cluster of staff watching the progress of the testing. The swabbing was done quickly and without discomfort. If you can say something like this is a good experience, then it was. Many thanks to all the staff involved in the testing centre.
