What I liked
Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional, and helped me to relax and feel at ease about the endoscopy procedure. The staff must do many of these procedures every day, but they still took the time to make me feel comfortable, informed and reasssured. The staff and environment were consistently positive, welcoming, and helpful.

However my recent experience reminds me how fortunate I feel to have a "free" health service in the UK, and how citizens need both to appreciate and support it. I am grateful to have the RLI in my local area, and I hope that it remains in place, with all its departments and services, so that is can continue to serve the people of Lancaster and its environs.
"A positive experience, supported by caring and..."
