"Good care but more information needed from QMC"

I was a patient in Clinic 1 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. During my time at the hospital, I always saw the same consultant and staff, so I was very pleased with this continuity of care. I found that the staff were excellent at providing contact details for me to get in touch with staff if I had any further questions or concerns.

Questions weren't always answered in understandable terms and I was only given explanations for why procedures were being done when I asked. More information could have been provided to me with regards to this.
