What I liked
The registrar we dealt with was very professional, described things clearly and to a level my father understood and displayed a high level of empathy. He explained everything at all steps and whilst it was a traumatic experience, it was handled with care and consideration for my father at all times.
Anything else?
My father had said it would be nice to speak to someone who had been through the procedure beforehand to understand all the things that happen, as somethings occured, which we told afterwards are normally, having this information upfront from someone who has been through it would have been really helpful - rather than always just from a medical angle.
"Caring, supportive and empathatic - in good hands"
