I visited for a right portal vein embolisation procedure.

Each and every one of the team I met was the model of professionalism,caring, compassionate and so very clearly dedicated.

I felt completely at ease and safe during the whole process such was their level of skill.

Moving back to Stonehouse ward afterwards I was cared for with kindness from all concerned. Clinical staff working under increased pressure owing to the pandemic were exemplary in carrying out their many duties. Catering cleaning and administration staff were without exception helpful, incredibly hard-working and cheerful.

All are an absolute credit to the NHS.
