I was a patient at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham with carpal tunnel syndrome. The standard of medical care was good, and the care given by the nursing staff was very good. The waiting areas were particularly nice - they were fitted with recliner chairs, which made the wait both peaceful and comfortable. I felt that I was treated with respect and dignity, and I didn't have to wait too long before I was seen.
