(as a relative),

Patient was rushed out of hospital due to Covid 19. Understandably so however this has left us with some issues

I was led to believe the patient was more mobile. He is unfortunately not the case and requires 24hour care.  I do not feel technically or mentally equipped to do this.    3care visits per day have been arranged, but this is not manageable. The care given is often poor and he requires more equipment/guidance on equipment.

Whilst I understand the need to  protect people, it feels impossible to discuss my situation with someone, to understand how this will work long term.  I get passed between departments, outsource providers, and different public sector divisions, it seems because no one knows or wants to discuss/help.
