"In a Time of Need"

About: Parishes Bridge Med. Pract

In Time of Need- Parishes Bridge were brilliant

I wanted to thank you both and the team at Parishes Bridge for your due diligence and care when it really mattered to me and my family. Previously I had been a fit, happy go lucky, working mum. Parishes Bridge had been our local family practice for fifteen years. On March 2018 I can only describe my life turning into a living hell. I visited Parishes Bridge practice 14 times over a 4 month period. With an array of horrendous symptoms. Plus two hospital stays. I was eventually diagnosed with Lyme disease in June 2018. My care was exceptional at the practice. With my ending up at St. Georges Hospital on the ‘infectious disease unit’ the only one in the UK. My situation was resolved. Then in September 2018 after starting to recover. I was diagnosed with Musinous Breast Cancer. My surgery, post care and day to day recovery with post Cancer have been incredible. I could not have got through the last 18 months without the support of my family and Parishes Bridge. The whole team, whether answering the phone, supporting my wobbles, went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for keeping me going. I really thought my time was up at certain moments. A very, very grateful patient, mum of two and cancer survivor. Thank you.
