"My experience with the team"

I am a patient of nhs west london and for 5 years i have been trying to join the british army. I was initially rejected for a history of asthma although they have now changed their medical standards. I appealed the decision to reject and to my shock I was rejected again due a secret mental health record that that I was not aware of.

 I recently had an appointment with Dr reshad surfraz regarding the issue with the mental health record that was unknown to me and had caused trouble in my attempts to join the army. We had a discussion going through my past history and as to why I was given this mental health record and to see if I do have the condition would it be mild or a doubtful diagnosis. After explaining my view on the record and my current lifestyle and completing a quick questionare we both agreed that there is nothing really wrong with me or the condition is very mild and that I should have another evaluation. Dr surfraz was very professional and I would like to thank him for his help and listening to me. I feel like I could have a chance to join the army now.
