I joined the practice approximately 18 months ago. I’ve probably visited it on about 8 occasions- usually to drop off a prescription. Other than on one occasion there has been a problem. I get told the prescription will be ready in 72 hours and it’s often not. This then requires another visit to the practice to enquire as to what the problem is. I’ve never been apologised to for the inconvenience of the second trip.
