I recently was tested to see if I could give my brother my kidney. Claire booked me in the next day, went thru the whole thing with me then took my blood herself I was really happy with the service. She put me at ease and answered everything very clearly in a way I understood. She rang me the same day with my results and I was shocked at how easy it all is. She is very good at her job. I will recommend highly.
