About: Tameside General Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

Was rushed to Tameside Hospital by Ambulance as my placenta ruptured at home, ambulance arrived at my house within 4 mins, and I was in theatre having an emergency section within 45 mins.

All the staff were fantastic and acted quick to me and my daughter when she was born. I have no negative comments about the treatment and care we both received.

And I feel the maternity ward should have had some of the funding to update the decor and facilities of the ward as the nurses on that ward were fantastic.
