Had a telephone assessment appointment with a physio who said I should be seen - offered first available appointment which was in 6 weeks time.
Looked on their website and found that the service was offered at other local sites.
Rang them - got an appointment in 2 weeks time at a GP practice 10 minutes away by bus. Very pleased! But why was I not offered an earlier appointment at another local site or given the chance to take a cancellation?I have already submitted a complaint about the long wait for treatment.
