"Wrong prescription "

I asked for Artovastatin and was handed a prescription for Amlodopine. This was cancelled and a new prescription for Artovastatin issued. Now 3 weeks later when I need Amlodopine I'm told I can't have it because a prescription was issued in December. Which it wasn't. This is the third time in the past few months where my prescriptions have been incomplete with items missing.
